It makes sense for us to have a similar internal practice in place as it helps us maintain consistency and keep in line with what is expected of us from SafeHire,” he adds. “A random selection of branches are audited each year as part of the SafeHire process and it’s important that the relevant branches are not given prior warning before an audit so we can get an accurate picture of what needs improving and where potential major non-conformance may arise. adidas ultra boost As well as gaining insight into the positives and negatives of a specific branch, the audit process offers insight into what could potentially be deeper-rooted issues nationwide.
